<div itemprop="description">Regina&rdquo; Hope&rdquo; (Murphy) Ingram of Dartmouth, NS, passed away peacefully August 19, 2013, in Glasgow Hall, Parkland at the Lakes, Dartmouth. Hope was born on December 28, 1922, in Pubnico Head, Yarmouth Co., the daughter of the late James and Carrie (Goodwin) Murphy. <br />Hope is survived by sisters, Charlena Murphy, Lottie Nickerson (Stan) all of Pubnico Head, brother Eric Murphy (Dorothy), Ottawa. Also surviving is her longtime friend Ollie Dauphinee, Eastern Passage. <br />Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband of 55 years Max Ingram, sister Isabel, brothers Cecil, James, and Douglas. <br />Hope was a member of Christ Anglican Church, Dartmouth, where she served on the Alter Guild. <br />Hope had worked with Revenue Canada for many years. She was a past member of the RCAF Reserves and enjoyed bowling, walking and working on her crafts. <br />The family wishes to thank the staff at Ora&rsquo;s Guest Home, Dartmouth, and very special thanks to the staff of Glasgow Hall, Lawrencetown Unit, Parkland at the lakes, Dartmouth, for their kind and compassionate care of Hope over the past several years. <br />Cremation has taken place under the direction of Atlantic Funeral Home, Dartmouth. There will be no visitation. Funeral service will be Thursday, August 23, 2013, at 1 pm, in Christ Anglican Church, Ochterloney St, Dartmouth, with Rev. Jane Clattenburg officiating. Burial to follow in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens. Reception to be held in Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main Street Dartmouth. Family flowers only. Donations in Hope&rsquo;s memory may be made to Corporation of Christ Church or a charity of your choice.
