<div itemprop="description">age 88 of Porters Lake passed away peacefully, with family by his side, on July 23 2016 at the Abbie J Lane Memorial Hospital in Halifax, Nova Scotia.<br><br>Born in Dauphin, Manitoba, he was the son of the late Thelma (Price) and Rev. Reginald Vincent.<br><br>He was a loving father and devoted husband. He was extremely proud of his immediate and extended families. Paul was the owner of Scotia Sprinklers until it’s sale in 1982. Paul’s interests were walking in the woods with his dogs, skiing, gardening, tennis, woodworking, sea kayaking, and raising horses.<br><br>Paul will be missed by his wife of 64 years, Dawn Vincent; daughter Mary (David) Noble, Metchosin, British Columbia; sons Tom (Judi), Halifax; David (Kathy), Porters Lake; Peter (Debby), Porters Lake; grandchildren Nicolle (Ryan Finnamore); Ben (Antoinette); Mallory; Natalie; James; Michael; Jessi; Alex; Sarah; and great-grandchildren Adella and Lucas Finnamore; Lilah and Emilia Vincent.<br><br>A funeral service will take place Wednesday, July 27 2016 at 2:00pm at Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main Street, Dartmouth. Interment will take place in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens. A reception to immediately follow. <br><br>Should you chose to donate, donations may be sent to Abbie J Lane Memorial Hospital or a charity of choice.<br><br>The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff at the Abbie J Lane Memorial Hospital, 9th floor Geriatric Unit for their compassionate care.</div>
