<div itemprop="description">OSBORNE, Iris Alfreda <br />Age 93, of Dartmouth NS, went to be with her Lord on October 21, 2015 in Hartland, NB. Born at Pleasant Point, Musquodoboit Harbour, to Archibald and Phebe Kent, Iris was a gracious, gentle soul; a wonderful mother to Linda (George) Reid, Heather (Vaughan) Vidito, Donald, Faye, Garnet (Cathie), Ruth (Harvey) Still, and Nancy (Joseph) Chiasson. Iris leaves behind 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, as well as surviving brother Graham Kent, many nieces, nephews and extended family. She was pre-deceased by daughter Alice, granddaughter Lori (Vidito) Smith and husband Fred. As a foster mother, Iris welcomed many children into the Osborne family. She lived out her faith in her Savior, leaning on Him and touching lives with Christ&rsquo;s love. She enjoyed fellowship, bible study and prayer time with all her friends at the Christ Church ACW. A celebration of Iris&rsquo;s life will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at Christ Church, Ochterloney St, Dartmouth, officiated by Reverend Bruce Murray starting at 1pm. Reception to follow in the church hall. Visitation with family and friends on Monday evening, October 26, 2015 from 7 to 9 pm at Dartmouth Memorial Gardens, Main Street. Family flowers only. Donations may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Association or Primate&rsquo;s World Relief and Development Fund through Christ Church, Dartmouth. <br /></div>
