<div itemprop="description">Hunter, Agnes : age 89, passed away at home at the Berkeley and joins her husband Allan Hunter who passed away on November 22, 2012, after a brief 6 week battle with cancer.<br>Born in Saskatchewan, she was the daughter of Alice and Jacob Repchinski. After finishing schooling in Prince Albert Saskatchewan, she moved to Toronto to pursue her banking career at the Royal Bank. This is where she met the love of her life Allan, originally from Montreal. <br>They spent the first 45 years of their married life raising their 3 children in Oakville Ontario. A wonderful mother and homemaker, Agnes loved cooking, sewing, knitting, and was the maker of fine homemade bread and baking. Fifteen years ago, at the age of 75, Agnes and Allan moved to Dartmouth to spend their remaining retirement years in Nova Scotia.<br>Beloved parents of daughter Debbie (Terry), sons Bob (Teresa) and Scott, and the best Nannie and Papa ever to grandchildren Jeff (Liz), Kevin, Heather, Braydon and Jack.<br>In addition to her husband, Agnes was predeceased by her 4 brothers and sisters.<br>A Celebration Tea will be held at the Berkeley on Thursday November 24 at 2:00 pm. Agnes and Allan will be interred in Oakville Ontario on December 1, 2016. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.<br>Heartfelt thanks to Dr Peter Lee and Norma for 15 years of caring for Mom and Dad. To the Palliative Care team, Mitch RN, and VON Michelle, thank you for your care and support to Mom and I over these difficult few weeks. And finally, to our Berkeley Family – the wonderful caring staff and all of Mom’s friends, thank you for your love, and for making this a place she called home.<br>**Gone, but never forgotten, and living forever in our hearts**<br></div>
