<div itemprop="description">Churchill, Wendy Ann &ndash; age 53 years of Lake Echo, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her loving family and dear friends on January 5, 2016 at the QEII Palliative Care Unit. Born in Halifax on May 16, 1962; she was a daughter of the late Henry and Ivy (Moulton) Collins.<br />Wendy loved life and her kindness touched the lives of so many. She especially enjoyed planning family outings and trips; her outstanding organizational skills led to wonderful get-togethers. The highlight of Wendy&rsquo;s life was when she became a loving wife and mother. Her happiest moments were with her sons Jordon and Justin, and on long excursions with her soulmate Wallace.<br />Left to mourn with many happy and loving memoires are her devoted husband of 32 years Wallace; sons Jordon (Heather) of Edmonton and Justin; sisters Myrtle Kelly and Marilyn Storey (David); brothers Tom (Linda) Collins, Wayne (Carol) Collins, Cecil (Chris) Collins; sister in law Carroll Collins; many nieces, nephews and a large circle of extended family members and friends.<br />Predeceased by her brother Henry Jr. and sister Carrie Malloy.<br />Visitation will be held at Atlantic Funeral Home, Dartmouth Chapel (771 Main St) on Friday, January 8, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 10am from Atlantic Funeral Home, Dartmouth Chapel, with interment to follow in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens.<br />Family flowers only please.
