<div itemprop="description"> <p> Copeland, Wanda at 60, Of Montague Drive.&nbsp; Passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 25, 2012 surrounded by her family in the Dartmouth General Hospital. </p> Born on May 16, 1951 in North Preston Halifax County.&nbsp; She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Ruby May Beals Jr.&nbsp; She was a member of various organizations such as The Ladies Auxiliary, WMS, and The Hallelujah Praise Choir.&nbsp; She was employed for 25 years with Travellers Insurance (Zurich) in Toronto, Ontario before retiring.&nbsp; To occupy her time after retiring she then worked at Convergys.&nbsp; Survived by her loving husband Clovis of 35 years and children Cordell (Desiree), Coretta (late Christopher Scott) Maple, Carmelina (Derwin) Toronto, Warren, Calgary, and Tyrelle; Sisters Marlene (Chester) Toronto, Louella (David) Thornhill, Rosina, Jackie, Myra, Shirley-Mae, Toronto, Coreen (late Lloyd Beals), Cora, Lana (sister-in-law) Toronto; Brothers Roger (Valerie), Ivan (Vita) Toronto, Mark (Shelly) Toronto, Sinclair (Amanda), Lionel, Jerry (Marilyn); 5 Grandchildren Chante, Crissonya, Christopher Jr, Chaelia, and Londyn-Marie; Godchildren Matthew, Marvin, Ashley, Kendra, and Kayla. &nbsp;Predeceased by her loving parents the late Thomas and Ruby May Beals Jr. &nbsp;Grandparents the late Harold and Mildred Sr. Cain. Brothers Ross, Reginald Beals and Lincoln Downey. Donation in memory of Wanda Marie Copeland to the Nova Scotia Cancer Society would be appreciated.&nbsp; Viewing will be held at the &nbsp;Atlantic Funeral Home &nbsp;771 Main Street on Friday, March 2, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 and Home-going will be Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 1pm at the St. Thomas United Baptist Church.&nbsp; Pastor Wallace Smith officiating.&nbsp; Repast to follow at the Atlantic Funeral Home, Oceanview Room.&nbsp; Bulletins Donated by: Godsister Anna Smith and Family.&nbsp;</div>
