MOSHER, Thelma Mae (Turple)-84, of Lake Charlotte, passed away on September 9, 2014 peacefully at home.
Born in Gays River, she was a daughter of the late Stanley and Jenny Turple.
Thelma loved to play cards, with dice, and work on puzzle books. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.
Thelma is survived by sisters, Dorothy Conway and Gladys Holmes; daughters, Barbara (Doug), Shelia (Bob); sons, Ralph, Barry (Bonnie), Jack (Cindy) as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by sons Russell and Walter; daughters Ruth and Geraldine; sisters Beatrice and Marjorie; brothers Walter, Ivan and Francis.
As per her wishes, there will be no church service. Family visitation will take place in Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main Street, Dartmouth on Saturday September 13 from 10am -12pm, followed by a gathering at her home in Lake Charlotte.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of choice.
