<div itemprop="description"> <p> McDonald, Sharon Opal (Muise, Clarke) &ndash; 65 It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our loving mother, wife, grandmother, sister and friend, Sharon McDonald, who passed away peacefully December 22nd, 2012. Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Sharon was the daughter of Vera (Fradsham) and the late Clarence Clarke. She is survived by children Terrilyn Muise &amp; Troy Muise (Darcie) and her devoted husband Don McDonald. Sharon was a fun-loving grandmother to Connor, Reide, Katie, Harry, Tyler and Ashley, and a well-loved step-mother to Angela Yamagouchi (Shinji) Greg McDonald (Diane) and Bert McDonald. Sister to Gary Clarke (Kim) and Melvin Clarke (Peggy), Aunt to Jimmy, Rick and Shaun Clarke, Cara Hobeck (Mark), Ronnie Clarke (Debbie) and Leigh McCormick (Rosemary). Over the years, Sharon worked at the Nova Scotia Hospital, Liquor Licence Board, Mill Cove Station, and after more than 11 years, retired as the Data Manager for the MCDV&rsquo;s at the Halifax Shipyards. </p> <p> Enjoying life on the ocean in Sheet Harbour, spending time with her family, friends and working at the Saint James United Church, Sheet Harbour is what brought her joy. Sharon was an incredibly generous and loving person and will be proudly remembered by all who knew and loved her. </p> <p> Family members would like to express their sincere thanks to the staff of the Victoria General Hospital, and to extend a special thank you to the dedicated nurses in the ICU. Donations in memory of Sharon may be made to the Saint James United Church, Sheet Harbour. (Pastoral Charge RR#1, Sheet Harbour, N.S.
