<div itemprop="description">Ginn, Thomas &ldquo;Roy&rdquo; of Dartmouth, age 66, passed away peacefully in his sleep at his cottage on Sunday June 7, 2014. Roy was the son of Thomas and the late Margaret (Grant) Ginn. Before his retirement Roy was employed as a sheet metal worker for Union Local 409 for over 25 years. Roy enjoyed spending time at his cottage on Sherbrooke Lake, taking pictures, Dooley&rsquo;s Wednesday night pool league, bowling and walking his dog Emma. Roy is survived by his loving wife of 28 years Gail (Norton), his son Roy of Calgary, his step children Tracey, Lynette (Dennis) Boutilier and step grandchildren Kathleen and A.J. Boutilier. His brothers John (Laura Lee) of Lawrencetown, Roger of, ON, David of Alberta, his sisters; Peggy (Gordon) Pelly of NFLD, Jennette Scott of BC, Betty Ann (Ross) Hartlen of Dartmouth and Patsy (John) Loughran of Dartmouth. He was predeceased by his brother Harold and sister Helen. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will take place at Atlantic Funeral Home 771 Main Street, Dartmouth June 12, 2014 at 1 PM. Interment Dartmouth Memorial Gardens. Reception to follow in the Lakeside room of Atlantic Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
