<div itemprop="description">The passing of Myrtle Irene Watson occurred on Monday the 17th of June 2013 at Ocean View Manor in Eastern Passage , Nova Scotia. Myrtle ( &ldquo;Myrt&rdquo;) was ninety-four years of age ,having been born to Robert and Alice Dockrill in Halifax on August 26th , 1918. She has left us to join her husband Gordon A Watson and oldest son Gordon D Watson . <br /> <br />She leaves behind her brothers : Ralph, Clarence, and Don Dockrill and siter Grace Grant. Mom will be lovingly remembered by son Rick ( Linda) Watson and daughter Marilyn ( Dan) Munroe. <br /> <br /> Nanny leaves her footprints on the hearts of her 16 grandchildren: Gordon,David, Brad, Warren, Lee and Tara (family of son Gord), Robyn, Keith, Amy, Scott, Peter, Craig, Megan and Mark (family of son Rick) and Danny and Karen Munroe (family of daughter Marilyn). This lady was deeply loved by her family. <br /> <br />Myrt/Mum/Nanny lived life to serve and do her part to bring joy into the lives of her family and others . She will be missed for her smile and good nature by all who knew her. Funeral services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Cumberland Drive in Cole Harbour. There will be a family viewing at 10 am followed by a service( celebration of life) at 11am on Saturday the 22nd of June. Interment will be at Atlantic Funeral Home on Main Street Dartmouth at 12 noon that same day.
