<div itemprop="description">Loughran, Martin &ldquo;Dooda&rdquo; 59 Dartmouth passed away on January 5, 2014 in the QEII Health Science Centre, VG Site, Born in Barrow-in&ndash;Furness, England he was a son of the late Gerald and Theresa Loughran. Martin worked with the Halifax/Dartmouth Shipyards as an engine fitter for 34 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, the outdoor life, a good game of darts and a beer at the bar with his friends and always a good joke.. Surviving are his only daughter, Crystal, ex-wife, Patsy Loughran, sister, Elaine Carroll, brothers, Stephen, David and Gary and many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held on Friday, January 10 at 2pm in Atlantic Funeral Home 771 Main Street, Dartmouth. Reception to follow in the funeral home reception centre.
