
GRAY, Lillian Bernadette – 95 – Dartmouth, passed away April 25, 2012, at Melville Lodge, Halifax. Born in Halifax in 1917, she was a daughter of the late Henry Levi Mailman and Matilda Louise (Tybert) (Mailman) Whynot, Liscomb Mills, Nova Scotia. She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Earle Kenneth Gray, great-granddaughter, Allyson Kinley, and siblings, Percy, Bessie, Gertrude, Emma(Peg), Violet(Annabel), Raymond, Donald, and William. She is survived by her sister, Jean Kirkup, British Columbia, daughters Barbara (Malcolm) Kinley, West Lochaber, Madeline (Paul G) Conrad, Halifax, and Donna Gray, Moncton, grandchildren, Richard Kinley(Adele), Robert Kinley, Kimberlea (Kinley)(Roger) Francoeur, Carolyn Conrad, Sarah (Conrad)(Blair) Sissons, Victoria (Martin) (Richard) Jollimore, Susan Martin, great-grandchildren, Benjamin MacDonald, Ryan Kinley, Earle Estrada Conrad and special great-grandson Andre Francoeur. Lillian devoted her life to her family caring for grandchildren and then great-grandchildren into her eighties. She was a talented seamstress and embroidered many memories into many lives and thus love endures. Private memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
