Jason was extremely devoted & loving to his family and friends. He especially enjoyed the get togethers with all of the family. He spent many of his summers with his Nanny & Papa Bell at Mill Lake swimming and boating. Jason had a great sense of humor & passion for music that enabled him to have the ability to write and record rap songs . He had a very colorful spirit with a contagious laugh. He is survived by his parents, Robert Thomas (Bob) MacDonald (Deleta Terry) and his mother Heather (Bellefontaine) MacDonald all of Dartmouth; his maternal Grandparents, Donald & Shirley Bellefontaine, Halifax; paternal Grandparents, Maxine & Gord Townsend, Annapolis Royal; Grandmother Catherine (Duchesne) MacDonald, Uncle Jeffery & Aunt Lisa Marie, Lake Echo; Uncle Mark MacDonald (Theresa), cousins Ryan & Christiaan of Dartmouth; Uncle Frank (Jennifer) Bellefontaine, cousins Evan, Emily & Lauren of Ottawa. Step-brothers; Corey & Cody Good & step-sister; Summer Terry of Dartmouth. Mary Murray, Dartmouth. He was predeceased by his brother Jeremy Thomas, late Grandfather David James MacDonald, Aunt Deborah (Bellefontaine) Bush. Jason will forever be remembered and loved for the short life he spent with us. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main Street, Dartmouth. Visitations will be held on Friday, August 31, 2012 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm & 7:00pm – 9:00pm. A mass will be held at Saint Vincent de Paul on Saturday September 1, 2012 at 11:00am.
