<div itemprop="description">Clara Evelyn White, 84, of Eastern Passage passed from this life on September 16, 2016 at Dartmouth General Hospital to reunite with her husband Ron. She was the fifth of eleven children of the late Arthur and Eliane (Brousseau) Lacelle.<br><br> <br><br>Clara was born in Ontario, but followed her sister to Nova Scotia, where she worked at Vogue Fountain for several years. After marrying Ron, she raised two sons before going back to work at Dominion Home Industries. After deciding to leave that job, she raised her third child, a daughter. <br><br> <br><br>Clara was an accomplished seamstress and enjoyed making or fixing clothes for friends and family. She was very proud of her garden and particularly enjoyed all of her flowers. She also enjoyed going to Bingo and was always pleased to meet up with her "Bingo buddies".<br><br> <br><br>Clara is survived by her sons Donald Elliott (Anne), Ralph Edward (Lynn), daughter Colleen Patricia White-LaBelle (Ken), grandchildren Dylan and Natasha, great-grandson Brody and sister Isabelle. In addition to her parents, she was pre-deceased by her husband Ron, brothers Rene, Claude and Adrien, and sisters Aline, Evangeline, Helene, Simone, Gabrielle, and Lorraine.<br><br> <br><br>Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9PM on Sunday, September 25 at Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main Street Dartmouth. Funeral service will be at 10AM, Monday September 26 in the chapel at Atlantic Funeral Home. Following interment, a reception will be held at the same location.<br><br> <br><br>The family would like to thank the staff of the 4th floor, Dartmouth General Hospital for their kind loving care while Clara was with them.<br><br> <br><br>In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter's church in Eastern Passage or any charity of your choice.<br><br></div>
